You probably have a Windows Vista or Windows 7, in which cases you need to turn of the User Account Control(and with W7 the PCA) and then make sure that you do not have the game installed in the Program Files sub-folders.

ok, i got it to work, thanks a lot, the problem was that i had the game in the program files folder. Great Mod so far! they dont make the games like this anymore

You need a full install of both BGII - SoA and ToB to play this total conversions mod... So the game should take about 8 GigaB's..
