antispam

I've been installing the Big World and near completion. However there are 2 mods I cannot find the mods for anywhere.

The extraction of the following mod(s) failed:

Solestia NPC v1.2: The Mod itself (absolestia.zip)
B!Tweaks v4: The Mod itself (b!tweak_lite-v4.exe)

I've tried everything to locate, including google with no luck. The files downloaded were both empty because the links are down. I've managed to find other files and manually extract but I just can't find these 2 files anywhere.

I've done a standard install. Basically I'm 2 files away from setting up. Is there anywhere else I can find these files or can someone upload them for me?
