i have download tales of deep Guardens and when i try to install it, there was an error....it said

i have moved the apropriete items at the folder BGII-SoA and i run the settup-RoT. after that, it asked me what language could i use and i chose enlish, then i chose to install... but it said

The quest say to go to the city of Arlax for more informesion, when i take the quest my world map had been update but i cant find the city what can i do???
