Moreover, a change-log on ARD014.are and ARD014.bcs is also recommended, as those are also files which may point to the mod that caused it.

Hmmm. That looks likely. I've narrowed it down to Hard Times and/or SCS. Hard Times I know changes the location of some items. Any Hard Times experts around?
