well i just happen to play the tashia mod too atm and i had a few more talks than you before reaching chapter 6. the spell talk should be the last. but i still happen to be in chapter 2 (before you pay the 15.000). i think yours will continue in chapter 6
did you already have the talk about tashia losing her spells?
if not, i think that that woud be the last one before you reach chapter 6.
anyway, if shadow keeper or CLUA wont trigger another talk, i suggest you just go to chapter 6 and see if the romance proceeds. ( btw, have you just gained the thief stronghold?)
