I managed to find a work around. If I roll a character in normal BG or BGII I can import them into ToB. Not the most perfect thing to do be eh it works. >_>

I know that usually is the same as intelligence. 18 is enough right?

I didn't use any shapeshifter forms though. :(


And not only that but I just started a new game and at the very beginning I'm unable to cast any cleric spells (IN Throne of Baal I mean). My intelligence is 18 so I'm sure that's not the issue. >_>
