Assertion Failure after clean install of "Big World"

After I try to leave the first area after Irenicus' Dungeon I get an error saying "An Assertion failed in Chdimm.cpp at line number 1246. Programmer says: Chdimm.cpp Cdimm:): Cres pointer Invalid (Check log for missing blah).
