I can't find torgal in the basement of the D'Arnise Keep. There's only four trolls in the area where he is supposed to be. I tried to clua him but it doesn't work, as he dissapears as soon as I press enter.
Any ideas ?

I coludn't find too, but I found this.

Unfortunately I found a serious lag in the temple ruins (ar1404). For some reason the game starts to load when I enter the area first a few second a few time, but later for 20 minutes or more (and at the end I just restart the computer, since nothing happens). I checked for solutions, so I modified the Shadel(d).cre for normal lich anims, and unintsalled the revised battles component: improved shade lord. No one helped much. I modified the vitual memory size above 3 Gb too.
Now I try to unistall the SCSII component: improved shade lord, in hope, it won't conflict with emod longer, if that's the problem.
Is there any other way?

It seems I find the right solution in this forum:. The problem was with the Emad mod's wolf.

Here is my weidu log too.

By the way I solved the problem: if I lucky enough my character moves enough down to have a shady character spot and move towards me (and blackmail me) just to break the hanging screen. He starts a talk, the two cowled wizard and the mage stands still, but if I talk to them (after dealing with the ruffians), the script runs perfectly.

Well that not was the problem. I cleared the most of Umar hills, both 3 caves (orcs/goblins/umberhulks), talked to the Major/Ogres/Moxen, killed the orc warband, delivered the mimic blood, took on the Journal and headed to the Temple Ruins, where the old lag waited me
And now I'm out of ideas...
Any advice pls?
