Problem with Demogorgon

Bottom level of Watcher's Keep...
Upon first entering, Demogorgon is loose and attacks, instead of 'making a deal'...
No way out, have to kill him (NOT easy!!!)
Now, I have no way to seal the portal or anything -- when I talk to Odren and everyone atop the Keep, they act like nothing has changed.

It was suggested to me that this was due to the "Improved Demogorgon" mod, which I can only assume is part of the BWP (still finishing my game of BWP v8.2)

So, if it's part of that mod, how do I complete Watcher's Keep???

Help with Ajantis PLEASE!

I'm stuck.
I must be in an Ajantis mod...
I am in an "alter" Windspear Hills, I guess.
I have an "invisible ward stone" and some blue powder. I need to do something with them, but I don't know what!
I'm trying to free Ajantis and the other Radiant Heart knights from some portal.
I've gone back into what looks like Firkraag's former lair, talked to the mage there, and killed him.
I've talked to the knight at the former Dryad rock.
And I've gone through the portal that was formerly Garren's cabin numerous times.
I'm stuck.

Dynaheir asked me to find her journal. I assisted a "certain ranger" up by the lighthouse, but no journal... (finished that entire side of the map...)

Am I looking in the wrong place? Can I console it in? What would that code be?

Alignment changes via shoes?

With BiG World installed, there is a svirfneblin chick in Nashkel who sells shoes and boots. One of these pairs of shoes can change alignment...

If I buy those and put them on Viconia or Shar-Teel, for example, what does it really change?

Will the NPC actually act good, and have different dialogues?

Or does it just change what it says under their profile?

Anything else changed?

[EDIT] Would I be better off trying to use Shadowkeeper (I've never used it before...) to change alignments for NPCs (or even my PC)?

I've searched Peldvale, which is where I thought I found her in vanilla BG...but can't find her
Where does she appear in BiG World?
