There is, yes, but its player numbers are near extinct. There used to be a fairly popular Wheel of Time-based server called Third Age, but that's long gone. The aim of mine is to attract a wider target audience and in turn, increase numbers.
I'm working on a Wheel of Time-based PW, with action and RP influences. If you're interested, we're (mostly me) are looking for builders and dungeon masters.
It's still very early in development though, so you can have a big role in shaping the outcome of the PW.
