I went around them. I ended up fighting the big cheese of the place. He wasn't too fun either. But i beat him. Now i went back to that kobold guy and they wont talk to me. I thought i picked up the dragon but i guess i didn't. My question is where is the dragon, It cant be in the outcast lair, that wouldnt make sense. Is it in the goblin fortress area?

The problem was a simple act of my own stupidity. I fixed it and now it's working. So far I am pretty happy with this conversion (Congrats to the makers). I can only guess how tough it was to make this. The game so far is pretty tough as well.
Appreciate the advice. Just managed to figure out what was wrong. It was jzip. The only problem is now i have a new problem. The files are in the directory only they wont install. It keeps coming up with error sometimes and other times it will only half install. This mod has never gotten close to working on my computer and i guess it's just not very compatible.
