Regular, but it's enough against "regular" bandits (those in other areas, including Peldvale).

 

Edit Trying again I think the bandits here are just much tougher than bandits in other areas.

They're strong with a sword too!

 

Edit2: Also in this game I can't get in by ruse, I don't meet the bandit chiefs I should in Peldvale and Larswood.

I ran in this same issue already a long time ago with my fine P4.
The miracle solution that has always worked for me is a little program called "CpuIdle".
