Killing Wolf NPC EE compatible and chinese translation

Simply make Killing Wolf NPC（http://www.shsforums...lling-wolf-npc/) EE compatible and add Schinese/Tchinese translation(From "archenemy" at https://trow.cc/board/showtopic=12352).
NPCs can be generated normally and the function of store is normal.

I'm a chinese player and can only communicate using translation software, sorry for the inconvenience.
