Actually, the thing kinda worked out on its own. I figured out the problem was that I killed the monk fast enough everytime not to let him ask Shar for help (which kills him, you know). I just needed to let that happen.
Regarding the stones, the same happened to me, and found out what to do: once you collect 3 of them, put them in one of the places you found them (let's say the big mushroom) and go get the final one; then pick it and pick again the first 3.
Anyway, I found a new kind of bug, I think... I just can't defeat Lord Garrax!
Once I kill the demi-lich form, a new one appears and nothing seems to damage it. I got tired and tried ctrl+y, but doesn't work.
Any tip?

you need to go to the gates district, a guy named Edomis should appear if your XP is more than 3000000, but if he doesnt then CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("egald1")
Gilgamesh (the creator of this mod ) said If things don´t work for some reason, go to the Gates and cheat creature "IwdFix". Talk to him and the quest continues. (This is an "ingame" bugfix) ,
one of these will work although I cant remember which atm

regarding the eye of the god quest, there is a demon knight whom you talk to and he tells you that you need to defeat 4 powerful enemies and get their ward stones ( he mentions 4 areas)
in all my run throughs the enemies appeared but one ward stone will be missing ( a bug ) so I always use shadowkeeper to give myself the 4th wardstone and continue the quest

So I could start that quest. But I have another problem with it. I tried plying in Olmar's side and I got an infinite loop after defending his castle from Talavan's army: Olmar appears and tells me to go and conquer Talavan's castle, but right after the loading, when my group appears with Olmar at Talavan's castle map, I get something like a constant re-loading...
Any tip to solve this?
