I found a mirror that still hosts Kari the Kobold NPC mod. It didn't make any progress since about 2006, so it stopped at 1.3 beta version, it's still playable though.

I know that those NPCs are inactive for few years but if we still can download them, then I don't see why they couldn't be available, well maybe if their creators don't agree, but in that case they should be responsible to take them off the Internet
