Leli is not a romance for the Inquisitor. Neither is Cole. Or Morrigan. I swear there was another character or two they'd commented on, but I can't for the life of me recall them...

There are eight romances, two with racial preferences, and at least one "outside of the Inqusition" (neither companion nor adviser). Confirmed romances are Josephine (both genders) and Cullen (female Inquisitor), Cassandra (male Inquisitor), Dorian (male Inquisitor), Sera (female Inquisitor), and it's almost certain that Bull is a romance as well - quotes like "Iron Bull likes bed time Olympics" and "he'll sleep with anyone he's resonably certain he won't break" had better apply to my Inquisitor! That leaves the mystery outsider(s) and possibly one more companion unknown.

There's another variable I used to track cheating in SoA, mostly to make following Romatic Encounters simpler. In ToB, that variable by itself won't make HD do anything too dramatic, but he will still take jabs now and then (and there's an extra encounter or two...). If it bothers you, it can be reset:

Yes, what Agashi said is correct - there shouldn't be any sort of issue after sleeping together. If you've been having issues with other npcs, it's probably something like installation order or a deleted/reinstalled mod maybe giving you fits. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to correct issues like that other than a fresh install and a new game.
