Noticed a fun little cheat a few months ago... After you've made it through most of watchers keep, you reach the Machine of Lum The Mad. Now, if you've collected all the bits of parchment that say things such as, "Long circle the blue," You're in good shape. You can increase magic resistance and all of your attributes. Here's the sad part of my story- you can only do each one time on one character before the machine decides to be a buzz-kill and cuts you off.
However, there's a way to cheat this and get your magic resistance as high as possible AND get all of your attributes all the way up to 25 (which is the limit of course). Since steps are always easiest for me to follow, i decided to write these down so that i don't forget. (WARNING: IF YOU AREN'T PLAYING ON MULTIPLAYER I CANNOT GUARANTEE THIS CHEAT WILL WORK AS I HAVE NOT TRIED IT. AT WORST, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SELECT MULTIPLAYER AND THEN ASSIGN CONTROL OF ALL CHARACTERS TO YOURSELF)
First, make two different saves before you use the machine. (PS. THIS IS IMPORTANT! IF YOU SAVE AFTERWARD IT WILL NOT WORK!) I would advise naming one, "Experiment" and the other "Before Attributes" But, of course, you can name them whatever you want. Just make sure you'll remember the difference between them later.
Next, use one chosen character and do everything on the machine you can (i'll write all of the commands down shortly if you didn't collect them all). After this, save over "Experiment".
Then, go to options and load the save labeled, "Before Attributes" (or whatever you decided to call it).
Now, delete the character you altered the attributes of and then click on create character. Next, import your chosen character from "Experiment". After you've finished, accept all of your characters and play on "Before Attributes".
Lather, rinse, repeat. Once you've mastered this, it's cake. You're characters will become so powerful you won't even know what to do with them and you can totally pwn every enemy that comes along. If you have any questions or my directions were not explicit enough, just let me know
~Thought i forgot, didn't you?~

I absolutely LOVE bg2soa and i play it almost every day, have for years. I've tried out nearly every mod and i figure i know a little something about how to play the game. I've uncovered at least a dozen cheats that (as far as i know) very few other people have. I'm a quick learner, a fast thinker, and I love working out how to do new things. I'm open to suggestions and i'd have no problem being a mod tester if anybody wants me to. In fact, i can guarantee that i spend enough time on the game that i will figure out what errors (if any) your mod has in record time. Thanks for reading =]

Who wants to help me achieve something amazing?

What i would LOVE to see is a really hot mod with a fantastic sense of humor that has the same basic idea of the Kelsey mod. I wanna be able to talk to him when i want to, i want him to have lots of banter, and i want him to be drop dead gorgeous. Call me shallow, lol that's just how i roll. If i could get a hang of coding, i would make a kick-keister one myself but i can't So, i'll just wait for someone who's willing to work with me and help me along the coding part... I'm good for ideas but not so good at creating my vision. Anybody wanna help me achieve my dream? We could work together to create something that's never been done before! Mind melding is an art that i'm willing to embrace...
Rar files

Okay, i was trying to download the Fade NPC and then i found out it was a rar file. I absolutely DESPISE rar files because they're a complete pain to add into your game correctly. I much prefer self extracting archives, call me lazy, i just really prefer them. With a self extracting file, you can pick and choose which bits of the mod you want in your game. I don't even bother with rar files. So i was just puttin it out there as a request... I know it would be a lot of work for everyone who creates them, but it would help out more than just me if you would put both a rar file and an SEA for download options. Thanks so much for reading =] i'm not trying to be rude, i'm just stating my preference
