BGT-NEJ Mega Mod Install question

I am trying a mega mod installation with NEJ.In 3.2.3 of Big World Guide it says:Replace the file Setup-BGT-NEJ.tp2 in your main SoA directory with this one of the same name from
the folder BiG World Fixpack.
My problem is that i cannot locate such file in big world fixpack.The only familiar file i can find is Setup-NeJ2.tp2.
