I was going to ask about a problem, but I found what the cause was, and edited it out in ShadowKeeper. I used "Nature's Gift" potion, a crafted item from Improved Anvil. It gives any druid 500,000XP, but I used it with my UAI F/T/M main character. I was unable to use thieving skills afterward, and mistakenly assumed it was from equipment. Fortunately, it is named "Disable Button" in the Affects tab in SK, and referred to S!POTN01, obviously the cause of the problem.

I tried replacing AR0701.bcs in override with the one from ImprovedAnvil's backup, but the same thing happened. It must be one of the other changes...
BTW, I'm entering the sewers after having rescued Imoen and returned from the Underdark already. Any thoughts?
Crafting mods...
14 November 2013 - 01:19 AM
I was blown away by the total number of crafting items (250+) my current mods offer, and the sheer number of varous needed components was too massive to keep track of easily. I'm putting together a list of items needed for crafting, with a reference to each item it is needed for. It may have the potential to be a useful resource worth uploading in the future, though it's far from complete yet.
I was wondering if I might have missed any big crafting mods that should also be included. Currently I have Dark Horizons, Thalantyr, Ruad Ro'fhessa, Rolles, Weimer's Item Upgrade and Improved Anvil v.4.2. Although I'm only cataloging the BG2 crafts at the moment, it should be easy to incorporate Thalantyr and Dark Horizons' crafts later on. Are there any more large item crafting mods? Please mention any mods with crafting you know of.
I know Imp. Anvil is incompatible with a great deal of mods, but I include it anyway, because the resource is for my own use first and foremost. Once the resource is completed, it should be easy enough to disregard crafting from mods you don't use.
irenicus won't appear
26 October 2013 - 08:50 AM
i hope this is a known issue. searching for irenicus in nearinfinity, i can see that jon1.cre is there. it is also in the bgtnej backup folder, but copying the backup to override didn't help.
looking at jon1.cre's data looks like jon1.dlg is greyed out. i can't find the dialogue file anywhere, so could that mean he's missing his script?
does anyoneknow the name of the cutscreen files, so i can have a look at them? thanks
Editing HLAs in Shadowkeeper (with component SCS II: caster HLAs are i
23 October 2013 - 12:48 AM
EDIT: Full title topic is "Editing HLAs in Shadowkeeper (with component SCS II: caster HLAs are innate spells)"
I ran into a spot of trouble with an exploit: I used an item from Northern Tales of the Sword coast, which doubles XP. Unfortunately, i leveled up more than once, making it impossible for me to select multiple Greater Whirlwind Attacks, which was my desire.
I'm looking into Shadowkeeper, in order to edit the HLAs to suit me. I see them listed under the Innate tab, but when I try to click the + button to add another copy of the HLA, I get the message that the character has learned the maximum already. But it should be possible for units to have multiple warrior and thief HLAs, right? Or did SCSII alter this in some way?
I noticed that there's a tab towards the end of the list, calleds Effects. Should I copy paste the desired HLA effect there, in order to get multiples of them?
I also have a question about the SCSII component I listed in the title. It's awesome that those spells no longer take up the lvl9 spell slots, but is it still possible to use them more than once? I assumed that I'd simply need to pick my favourite HLAs again when leveling up, to be able to cast them multiple times, just like warriors and thieves can select HLAs more than once. Is this correct? If that isn't how it works, then the component adds a limitation, as well as freeing up lvl9 spell slots.
IIRC, HLA spells were listed in the corresponding Spells tabs. Would it be possible to edit these just like the Innate HLAs of warriors and thieves?
OK, I hope I didn't scare away helpful folk with all my questions. Any help would be appreciated.
