Alright, I'm using the Big Picture Mod, Kelsey, and Tashia. After the whole cave incident, where I killed all of the goons and the like, and I ran all the way to the temple district to get a raise dead scroll and raised tashia, eager to get her useful sorceress ways back onto my party.... and then she says this.

"Ugh... not you again! I want nothing to do with you! Leave me be."

And thats it. I've tried to fiddle around with globals, I've made my int wis and cha all 18 just to see if it was my stats.... but the nothing works.... can someone come up with something to do to get her back, even if it doesn't make any rp sense? I just want her back, or else I'll have to go with kelsey

... and he definitely isn't as cute

o_O As I recall she should only say this if you've burned her off after resurrecting her. She shouldn't be saying this otherwise. Have you tried re-doing the fight, and already having a resurrection rod in your inventory when you start it?

I haven't tried that.... in fact I didn't use a ressurection rod... I used a Raise Dead scroll.... perhaps this could be the issue? I'll see if I can't just Shadow Keeper a ressurection rod....hope I still have a save before I tried to raise her.

Raise dead should work as well. Not sure what's up...

Sorry for my bad english, please

So, I had the same problem with Tashia, as Galactor. After using scroll of resurrection, Tashia said me only one thing :"Ugh... not you again! I want nothing to do with you! Leave me be"
I don't understand because she never died and the romanceactive was one. But she already leave one time my groups, is it responsible ?

I don't know what would cause it to not resurrect her properly. However, from what you said, she didn't even die the first time...well, she is supposed to. Then you can raise her after the fighting is over.

"I read about the evils of drinking, so I gave it up." "You gave up drinking?" "No, I gave up reading..."

As mentioned earlier, I don't know what is up. There have been other threads about this. I know sometimes a lot of mods in one place can do it. Hopefully this won't be a problem when we roll out our finished version.

Unfortunately it is :(

Is she supposed to initiate dialogue on her own after being ressurected? If so, there's probably some code getting in the way, because she isn't initiating dialogue. If she isn't supposed to, I have no idea...

Edit: I suppose I could ctrl-Q her and manually change the required variables. But there are oh-so-many ways that can go wrong, and it really isn't a satisfactory solution since I would be missing what is perhaps the key dialogue in the Tashia romance...

Yeah, she's supposed to walk right up to your character and talk after you've resurrected her. I've tested this part thoroughly (and I didn't change it), it really should work. What mods have you installed?

BTW, CTRL-Q her and setting tashiaromanceactive to 2 should actually do the trick, as well.

I didnt experience this bug in the latest update-version. I play with all the mods you got installed (besides kit remixes but i think that it doesnt matter at all) and few more and didnt have any problems with this part of Tashia's mod/romance (either this bug or any others like being unable to resurrect her and so on). So *most likely* its not like any other mod causes such a bug. I would say its cause of installation order, as for me tashia should be installed after all the mods that change dialogues (ub, qp,..) and before banter packs (if there is pack that includes tashia, i havent seen any though). I may be wrong though and sometimes its impossible to find a reason;)

If u wont find any solution, her dialogue will soon be here, in this thread, i gotta find it when im back from work, then i will post.

this problem was always caused by a lack of script assignment (if i remember correctly): i'm assuming that Tashia remix fixed this, but i'm also assuming that the BG2 Fixpack assigns a scrip to this area (it's a bug, and the Fixpack fixes every concievablebug in BG2) - so my guess here is that the Tashia Remix doesn't account for the fix the Fixpack makes: hence the return of this bug.

I found the file on my own actually but thanks :)

Does anyone have any ideas on how to make it trigger?

Edit: I found a solution.

Going through TASHIAP.DLG, I noticed that her "ugh, not you again..." dialouge has:

!CheckStatGT(Player1,18,CHR)

as a trigger.

I set my PCs Charisma to 19 and voila it works

Cheers!

Ack... what's that for a bloody trigger? I'm removing this right now.

I was wondering about that myself.

But without that trigger, would Tashia give her ressurection talk even after the PC spurned her?

If so, I'd recommend adding another variable to measure that.
