Dunno if you want to inlude this in the FAQ, but to uninstall rather then going through your override and hunting down all 500-odd files and deleting them seperately, just extract the .zip into the override again and tell the computer to overwrite all, then the files you want will be already selected - just press delete. Im sure people already know this, but Im sure there are some that dont.

Just adding something I've tested. The files also work if you want to install only one or a few paperdolls, I've had just the mage paperdoll fix alone, worked fine.
