ok i'm stupid for this mod idea but hey iwd2/bg2 are the best games i've play (SiS 8mb vid card 'go figger') my comp can lay, so can a mod be made with D2-LoD chacters and items for class (ie: claws). and another idea why not a quest for halfing chacters, i play halfings more then any other chacters so i would like to see more for them.

ok please be nice with the flames (grins) but i like that idea if it can be done

I believe there was a mod in development for halflings at Black Sheep Mods.

Lands of Intrigue will include a thief kit for halflings only, the Urchin. You can read more about it at http://www.gibberlings3.net. And there's thebigg's Mazzy The Paladin quest, I think there's a link in the Modder's Room forum.

As for D3 items, I don't know...

To me it has always been a disappointment that in BGI the villagers of Gullykin never said anything different to a halfling character. Because I felt that my halfling thief was kind of lonely with all those big people he had to deal with, never mention the fact that he had no contact with his own kin when growing up. And I believe he would have wanted to know more. So this could be explored in a mod for BGII, I think. And Mazzy could also have a different approach to a halfling (though I have never played with Mazzy on a party with a halfling pc, so I don't know if she notices this...).

As well as the halfling-only thief kit, LoI will have a couple of halfling-only fighter kits too. They include the Marshall (a wandering law enforcer) and the Slinger (basically the halfling equivalent of an archer).
