You see, what I don't understand is that Malak is capable of turning her, but not Revan (you), who really is the true dark lord.

'Cos Bastilla is very arrogant and is tempted even early on - when she says that she struggles with the desire for the dark side. Young and naive would come into it as well. Malak dosn't want to turn Revan he wants to kill him/her

I might have expressed myself badly. What I ment was that Malak is capable of turning Bastila, while Revan isn't capable of turning her to the dark side. That is weird, since s/he is the ultimate dark lord.

If you play thru his dialouges up till the Star Forge you'll see he has a lot of depth - won't spoil anything tho.

Maybe I'll have to look into this. But in that case, I will have to *edit* him a bit. He's too lousy as he is.

I'd add Jolee, Canderous & Juhani to that list. Admitedly Mission, Zallbar and T3-M4 are dissapointing.

Extremely disappointing. But even Jolee and Juhani (I leave Canderous out of this, due to my previous block) I feel is not suifficent. Especially not Jolee, who have a major quest on Manaan, where you never find out anything deeper than just a scratch on the surface.

Do you mean the Sunry Trial? I liked that one, it was morally ambiguous and Jolee more or less acknowledges that it's a no-win situation. I thought Jolee's personal story arc was interesting and one of the more complete character stories. ("Why did you leave Kashyyyk" is the first and last thing you ask him.) I also liked how they could echo the protagonists own story.

HK bugged me though, he was funny...but he wanted to kill people. Kill them in nasty ways. It's creepy and I was never sure that a real HK could ever be on a tight enough leash (All the freebies he did for the senator?).

Jolee was my favorite NPC because of his personality (and maturity); ditto that for Canderous.

I think they would have made excellent romance options because they had no major life crisis going on when you meet them (althought Bastila is having more an attack of conscience).

I'm so tired of getting the I Need Therapy Else I won't Romance You npc's.

For some odd reason the word maturity doesn't cross my mind when I think of Jolee and you can't realisticly have a romance with him (apart from in a very warped and kinky world (tho use Finch's words when talking to Stifler's mum (Ameracan Pie 2)

Well, one does have to consider the age range of the player, but legally that would go for any player

Twisted and warped? Do we really know exactly how old Jolee is? He's graying, but I know people in their 40's that are graying.

40's is most certainly not too old for some of us.

At least 80, I think from the converstations but then again he could be in his mid 50's
and the pc age I would have thought him/her to be in late 20's but we don't get any definite answer

Heh, I tried to talk to Mission loads to see if she was romanceable... I didn't ever have her say she was 14, I found that out on the message boards after I completed the game! I mean, she doesn't LOOK 14!

Shes says she's fourteen in the meeting 'Big Z' dialoge more or less the first one you have with her,

Basic ghist is vulcers are picking on 'Z' and she runs over and gets hit

when that comes up you can say something like

hitting a kid!?! they have no class, or something like that

I guess that someone with a lot of modding exp. could make a mod which would add this to the Sith Lords when its released.
