Hmm... it seems that the game needs you to have quite high stats to try out many options... is the stat screen at the start similar to the one used in KotOR I?
identical screen...slightly more info...
not really...i've figured out the basics, and later on, i'll share my optimization plans, after some testing...but because you can easily hit level 37, while high stats are nice, you're better off with a lot of 14's, to max your starting attributes, cause you'll have level ups to boost the stats you really want..
skills are another matter...i've discovered a little trick...
you only need 1 point in demolitions and security for the pc, as well as computer, i think...
cause of the auto roll of 20 you get if you're not doing anything that is time constrained...a little known quirk of the game is that it assumes if you're opening a door, and no enemies are near by, you'll keep trying until you get the max possible roll, 20...so some skills you just need a few points in, and you can do things like you've invested 20 points into the skill!!!

this doesn't help on upgrade item creation, but so much of the game is solo exploration, that its going to help a lot in picking up xp and stuff..

yes, i am a naughty power user...

for those of you waiting for the pc version, or just waiting to buy it for the xbox...

And the front rank died
And the general sat and the lines on the map
Moved from side to side.

What about the level cap? I know you can use the level glitch to get level 70 etc. etc. but what's the official level cap? 20?
some people, using xp pumps, (korriban one) claim its 50.
sorry if i didn't make it clear...the upper cap seems to be 50...gamefaq is hosting some gameshark(?) or whatever its called saved games...
where you start the game out with like 50 million xp, and people have reported in obsidian boards you can level up to level 50, and you can't level up past it..
i have yet to test it, personally..

Oh, I was beginning to ask whether there exists any feats in KotOR II that give bonus to attributes like dex?

Heh, I just finished watching 8 dvd movies today. Ahh, Christmas is good, no? Heh heh. /me wonders what the question was
Oh, I was beginning to ask whether there exists any feats in KotOR II that give bonus to attributes like dex?
there is a regeneration, and force point regeneration...and a lot of levels to raise dex manually, every fourth level to raise attribute...a lot of items...
but nothing to raise dex...except like master valor or other force powers..

massive spoilers from cheat book...(its not my fault if info is wrong..@Userunfriendly: Have you any clue where each of the HK parts are? I can't seem to find the last part... And even if I do find them all I've heard that HK just blows up...

1 hk-50 remains peragus mining station
2 buy from kodin: nar shada at refugee landing pad
3 hk-50 remains at nar shada vogga's warehouse
4 buy from 1b-8d onderon at western square...
i've also heard about a pacifist package somewhere that is suppose to be an utter riot if you install it in him...especially his commentary afterward...

more spoilers...Ah thanks. I just got to Nar Shadaa, so it looks like I'll have to find that Hk-50 there.
And of course, I have got to look for that Pacifist package

You can get it from Geeda when she's able to visit all of the planets in the "Trade Wars" quest.
HK-47 after installing the 'special' mod.
"Hurt them, master? Wouldn't you rather just talk it out with them? We might grow to love them."

lol, that is pretty funny.

Though I'm not sure about these "Trade Wars"
I'll look further into the game. I'm bound to find it.
Ah, and that reminds me. Is the Pacifist effect permanent?
