The Wizard Slayer spell immunity it was a great idea (without it, the wizard slayers were quite weak compared with berserker and kensai). But what I want to ask you, Maestro : why did you choose only four schools for his immunity ?

There is a simple reason: since this is an innate ability (and not a spell) developed by the character, I assume it to be developed after numerous "meetings" with different forms of harmful magics. And while I can clearly imagine a Wizard Slayer to become resistant/immune to death, elemental magic or even mind tricks, I can't imagine how/why they should develop immunity against divination and such.
To sum up in one sentence, these are the spell schools which a generic WS would experience most.

I dunno someone casting mind reading spells constantly on a character would in theory have the same affect as mind altering affects.

Could you list me some mind-reading spells from BG2?

Don't know about spells but....

The 'fish tank guy' in the underdark reads PCnames mind.

Several foes in Jan's subquest read PCnames mind.

Demogorgon reads PCnames mind.

Jon-bon gets into PCname's dreams.

...

Of course 'immunity to plot device' doesn't seem to be an option....

Most are realltively useless, but a wizard slayer would be immune to them none-the-less

Know Alignment
Clarivoyance
Farsight
Oracle
True Sight

The only two of any importance would be Oracle and True Sight.

Just out of curiosity why would a WS care to be immune to true sight?

...unless he is planning on abandoning being a WS alltogther and taking up thievery.

I agree with TGM. While there are a very few times the character is "attacked" with divination magic, I don't think it is enough for him to develop a natural immunity to it.

True sight and the like do not affect anyone but the mage casting it. Thus a WS could not be immune to it, right?

Not in an active sense, but in a passive sense they do.

There is such a thing as immunity to scrying effects. With proper concentration and training some characters are able to prevent scrying spells from noticing them and identifying their location. That would be a way a character could be immune to divination spells.

While I can picture a VERY specialized WS training himself hardly to develop such an innate ability, I really don't think we should count it frequent enough.
