If you have a picture set you think would work for Chloe, feel free to send them to me or tell me where to find them and I'll put them up as well.

The other thing that bothered me with the original one was that it looked like it came from the cover of a D&D novel from the '80s, and, well, these do, too
The last time I played with Chloe, I used the Rose McGowan portrait from the Portrait Portal, with the hair colour changed to red. That worked for me, since I have absolutely no idea who Rose McGowan is, but otherwise I'm not a great fan of celebrity portraits, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend that to anyone else. I've also considered using the standard BG portrait of a woman with reddish hair and a sword, but I don't know if it really looks right (she's wearing armour, I think).
If I ever get around to making original portraits, I'll keep Chloe in mind, but at the moment I'm mostly into cutting and pasting with varying degrees of success, so I'm not promising anything.

Since we're talking of pictures, can i ask, the avatar of Akadia, is that you (Lucy i mean)? I wondered, cos its sposed to be her mother, so it seemed fitting if it was really her "mother" / creator

It'd be more realistic to Chloe without the pauldron on her shoulder... The plate outfit she's wearing could be recolored or just imagined as a silver-colored tunic thingy... but that pauldron just throws off the image. Of course, the portrait I eventually ended up choosing isn't perfect either... I actually prefer the first portrait shown on the "alternate Chloe portraits" page, hence why it's the one at the top. No armor... a sword in her hand... red hair... and the out fit clearly says "I'm from the cold northern regions". But, the beta-testers (and if I remember correctly, the early visitors to the Chloe forums) voted on the portrait that is in use on the mod, so we went with that.I'm using this portrait:
It looks a bit like her original portrait but not as cheerful.
The original site I got this portrait from (lots of awesome portraits for BG2/IWD/NWN) is unfortunately down.
Anyway, I'll see about adding that portrait along with a few others that people have sent me to the website soon. I haven't had time with the tour and all.

Here are some portraits I've modded with Chloe in mind. I posted one of them in the forum but thought I'd put it here with the sticky as well.
Both portraits are mods of one of the portraits found at the Portrait Portal. The first one I've made so that the coloring is around the same as the default portrait, but it still kinda looks like she's wearing armor. In the second one, I've attempted to put a tunic on her to be more inline with her 'no armor at all is better defense' type of thinking. If you'd like me to make any changes to these, I'd be happy to - time permitting of course
(its amazing what one can accomplish when trying to avoid work)

They are from Divine Treasures. Shame I can't get onto that site anymore. It had some really good portraits.sorry for being anonymous, but I don't want to register because of one post I don't know where I found the portrait I am using, but I think it looks awesome and fits Chloe perfectly. Here it is B)

Faintly appropriate. They're both obsessively dedicated to a violent profession, make equipment choices that would conventionally be considered insane (no armor in a medieval setting vs. throwing knives in the modern era of automatic weapons), and, of course, they're both lesbian. (But the differences do rather outweigh all that )Personally I use home-made portraits of pictures from an other Chloe.
Some of these to be precise. (nr. 0069 usually)
Anyway, my only problem with Chloe's default portrait is that in the small version the way the sword is cropped over Chloe's head keeps making me think she's wearing a sailor hat
EDIT: I took the liberty of sprucing up Transient's Chloe portrait.
