I somehow like the pink version more, it gives a nicer contrast with her face. *cough* I never liked Aerie myself, though.

It actually looked better on my home computer, before I posted it (I will have to adjust the colour & contrast levels on the monitor) now there is a few major flaws that I can seeit looks a bit off. but why???

Oooh, that is so good it makes me even like the crap in her hair. 
Re: the Haer D'alis makeover, I think it's that the face needs to go back & down a bit, and that the guy's shoulders from the original portrait are so narrow that anybody would have a hard time with the proportions of the head. That character's porportions were a little off to begin with, imho.
