Edwin won't initiate dialog

I'm having on odd problem with Edwin: He won't initiate his Nether Scroll dialog on his own. I have to talk to him in order to get it. Anyone have any idea as to what would cause this?

Is your AI off? (Not sure if that would cause this problem, but hey...)

AI shouldn't have an impact on that. I think it is triggered by a timer for aprox. 5 days.

how come you always look so damn cool in every photo I see you in?!?

Speaking of modding, I listened to IER 3 yesterday, so you can have another quote for your signature: how come you sound so damn cool, as well as look it? It's unfair. Seriously.

Still a cyberjock, still hacking the matrix, still unsure of what that means.

I'm talking about a bigger scope. When I enter the graveyard, he won't say anything unless I go up and talk to him. When we meet up with that lich fella, Edwin won't do anything unless I have him talk to the lich. And, of corse, five days later I have to personally talk to him again in order for him to get his revalations with the scroll. I'm worried that when (or if) that cowled wizard comes, it will screw things up. That cowled wizard guy may not even spawn correctly.
