Please post any bugs or small changes you want for Tashia here. (By small additions I mean Peanelian running at faster speed for example)

I've run into a really annoying bug: When i kill Irenicus and arrive in hell Tashia says: "Just when you thought its all over..." when I press the continue-button she repeats this for ever. I can't leave the talk mode and thus can't continue the game. Also something like this never happened before, it only occurred when I was sent to the abyss.
I have installed:
Ease of Use (without cutscenes and multiple romances)
Solaufein (without Improved Irenicus and impr. mages)
Kelsey
Enhanced Thief Stronghold
Item Upgrade
Baldurdash Remix
All official patches
oh and obviously Tashia (v2.05c)
What can I do now?
(I've posted this also in an extra thread - I didn't notice this one...)

1. Getting the patrol leader's helmet in the Underdark: you're given the choice of replying "I see you've been taking lessons from Jan?..." even if Jan hasn't joined your party.

2. Forgetting her spells: the reply "I got dibs on your Robe of Vecna and Staff of the Magi" appears even if she doesn't have those items.

There´s a small bug in btashia.d in line 243

IF ~~ THEN BEGIN 39 // from: 66.1 64.4 60.1 56.4 55.4 34.1 33.3
SAY ~It seems that the history is repeating itself once again. I should have known better. I just hope that you won't follow in Arilistan's steps all the way, and will come to your senses before it's too late.~ /* #74336 */
IF ~~ THEN DO ~SetGlobal("TashiaRomanceActive","GLOBAL,3)~ EXIT
END

There´s a " missing in 'SetGlobal("TashiaRomanceActive","GLOBAL,3)'.

Btashia.d thing -- fixed. It worked even without the " though, didnt it? Hehe...

Patrol leader's helmet -- noted.

Robe of vecna -- noted, but it's not about the items, we all know what they are.... ;)

Irenicus bug -- This has to do with previous mods installed. When a certain part of the dialog in that file gets bumped up, this happens... I'll look into it.

ToB Flirting -- You're engaged, why flirt? Bah! I'll think about it...

Thanks for the feedback!

You flirt to see some of the responses you can get... When do you become engaged in TOB? I was only aware of commiting to her.
I'm not crazy... at least thats what those voices I keep hearing tell me.

You say I'm a pyro like its a BAD thing

Maybe the dialogues between Tashia, Cernd and Keldorn because she talked about Cernd's son + Keldorn's family situation but none of those quests were "resolved" when she said that.....

ToB Flirting -- You're engaged, why flirt? Bah! I'll think about it...

Engaged, maybe if PC and Tashia are married for like 60 years or so then probably flirting will loose some of it's edge.  But at this time you've just done the backslider and PC and Tashia would still be all hot n' bothered for each other on a daily and nightly basis.

C'mon you can think of something...  :P

Like the guest person I too have run into that irencicus bug but I resolved it by killing tashia with ctrl+y before the dialogue was engaged, but then after I killed Mellisan the end talk kinda went in a loop starting with the solar saying its time to decide then tashia starts talking about the choices then back to solar then back to tashia etc.

ToB Flirting -- You're engaged, why flirt? Bah! I'll think about it...

You're engaged, why stop flirting? Flirting is for keeping that certain spark there, to keep things interesting. I'd imagine Tashia is not the kind of girl who likes to be taken for granted, but would expect some effort from the pc instead. :)

Then again, I haven't ever tried her, so what do I know?

I am amazed at the post above mine.

How does one come to have an opinion about something they've never even tried? I just don't get it...

I'd imagine many people would protest to a Delon romance, without trying it :D

Well, actually my post was more about my opinion on flirting -- which I have tried and do on regular basis --- than my opinion about Tashia mod -- which I haven't tried but plan to do so. :)

My assumptions about Tashia's personality are solely based on the posts on this and other boards, and previews and quotes of in-game banters. I don't claim to know anything about the mod, nor did I actually state an opinion about it either, merely the impression I had based on droplets of information I've received through various sources.

My opinion was about flirting, of which I have plenty of experience.

As a side note: I don't know how knwledgeable you are about people, but I personally have thus far believed it to be quite common for people to state their opinions about things they don't know anything about. Racial and national stereotyping serves as a good example here.

But since this conversation is even more off-topic than my original post, I am going to end it here. Sorry.

Ps. Sorry if I overreacted, but the tone of your post felt a little... unfriendly, sir Spideyknight. :(

Edit: Choice of words.

"When I weant to pick up Tashia at trademeet I found 6 tashias."

Me too... I solved the problem by uninstalling tashia and reinstalling her after I arrived in hell. Uninstalling her was also a problem because of many error warnings that told me that I couldn't uninstall tashia. When I uninstalled her and clicked on the setup.exe again I still had the option to uninstall her - strange... Only after I uninstalled all other mods (mainly Weimers) it worked. My theory - although my knowledge in these tings is very limited - is that it's because Weimers mods use newer WeiDu than the tashia mod.

Unfriendlyness from sir Spideyknight? Such a thing never occurs...

"I'd imagine Tashia is not the kind of girl who likes to be taken for granted, but would expect some effort from the pc instead. "

That to me sounds like you are stating an opinion about something you don't know. Sure racial sterotyping, generalization and the like are good examples of people judging and making opinions about something they haven't got a clue about, but do you really want to be classified with the rest of those bigots and/or idiots? Pardon me, I shouldn't call them idiots, perhaps calling them ignorant is more apt. Certainly, one could say that what you just did is a fairly common occurance, but it's not something I would be particularly proud of. As an intellectual I'd like to think that all my opinions and thoughts are open to discussion, but sterotyping, racism, and discrimination are things I adamently protest against. I can't stand them.

Enough about all that though, your comment was more than likely a mere jest so it doesn't really matter.

@Gospel

Heh, a Delon romance...

Let's not turn the "Bug fixing" topic into a pointless discussion of something *completely* off-topic. Might we please get back to the business of letting Arian know what he can fix? :)

Good idea!

So - what about these 6 Tashias? I found out that you could take them all into your party... very strange...
Maybe Irenicus did a bit of cloning there but I think that this was not intended by Arian...btw the last time I played through with Tashia there was only one...

I'd be fine with actually making Penalien immune to Time Stop (he isn't currently; yes, I tried against a Lich), and increasing his hit points slightly. Maybe from 20 to 25-30 or something? I mean, he dies so easily that I don't even bother using him...
