I've not read all the way through but please place all comments here. =)

how come you always look so damn cool in every photo I see you in?!?

Speaking of modding, I listened to IER 3 yesterday, so you can have another quote for your signature: how come you sound so damn cool, as well as look it? It's unfair. Seriously.

Comments from Jester

have never thought of Coran that way. I think I just have to fire up BG1 again for the lovetalks.

I like them very much, but it would be easier for detailed comments to have them in different threads or is that to cumbersome for the servers or the admins.

If it is done to keep those comments away neglect me altogether please.

Sorry Seifer, I just saw the other thread being created by you just now. Thank you for moving me here.

He-he, I guess the rule #1 will be to open a comments thread together with the story :D

Glad you've liked it ;)

I just hope that this place will grow really big and entertaining and in expectation of that tried to keep the short stories on the same subject all together for convenience of browsing. :D Hopefully it's not too difficult to comment :)

I thought the three sighing elves was the funniest. A sigh off between Xan and Kivian. Xan would probably win that.

That was lovely indeed. Sigh. I especially loved the part about the scar - silly girl to hurt such a passionate admirer though. ;)

Freedom cannot be equated with goodness, virtue, or perfection. Freedom has its own unique self-contained nature; freedom is freedom ? not universal goodness. Any confusion or deliberate equalization of freedom with goodness and excellence is in itself negation of freedom, and acceptance of the path of restraint and enforcement.

*sigh* what a scene. I must admit I would be most likely Xan in that setting, but what the heck.

One of my fav Irish lovesongs is ' 'If I Was a Blackbird' and the favorite scene was the boy who sang this sad song in Franco Zefirelli's 'Romeo and Julliet'. What am I getting at, you ask? More songs to Coran. :D

I hope Kivan does not get mugged while sleeping in a park in BG.

Lol, he is a very interesting character. I really hope to find a good writer to continue on his development...

It is very nice and suits the style well  He-he, Coran's singing is by some reason a recuring theme.

Kivan, probably, will never be caught unawares again. :(

OK, after a long-long break a new story. Trying to go for more of a plot-based story as opposite to a descriptive story. Hope, it's entertaining. :)

Hey! Nice! Love the way you describe poor Xan... although I must admit this story is a bit confusing. How does Xan have basilisk eyes?
But anyway, yes! Very amusing... love Coran... more! more! :D ^_^

Through lightning, travel shadow,
Through hell and all above,
Surviving sword and arrow,
Bound stronger by the love

***

And in the end a witness,
To where the death has lain,
Silent through the sorrow,
Where innocents lie slain

Well, in the beginning of the story Xan goes searching for the bowstring and spends as Coran thinks "ungainly" amount of time kneeling by basilisck's corps, and Coran again thinks that it is because the string must have caught on the basilisc's horns... ;)

Thank you. :)

Thank you. I maintain my main short story collection on fanfiction.net and occasionally post a snippet at the Plane - you might have seen it there. :)
