I'm trying to install some mods, but everytime I try get the following message:

Please run this program in your main BGII directory.

ERROR: Failure("Unable to find dialog.tlk")

I am running the setup programs from my main BGII directory and there is a dialog.tlk file in my main BGII directory.

I have uninstalled, and then reinstalled both SoA and ToB and I have the latest patch installed, as well. I even did clean downloads of the mods again.

Any ideas?

What mods are involved?
Do you have any eding tools open at all?

how come you always look so damn cool in every photo I see you in?!?

Speaking of modding, I listened to IER 3 yesterday, so you can have another quote for your signature: how come you sound so damn cool, as well as look it? It's unfair. Seriously.

The setup files have to be in the exact directory as the dialog.tlk. They cannot be inside a folder in the same directory. So for any mod there should be a Modfolder, a Setup-mod.tp2 and a Setup-mod.exe all in the same directory as the dialog.tlk.

The mods I am trying to reinstall are Kiara & Zaiya, Valen, and the Ease of Use mods.

I currently have no editing tools installed.

The dialog.tlk file is located in C:\Program Files\Black Isle\BGII - SoA and the setup.exe files are also in C:\Program Files\Black Isle\BGII - SoA
