Good morning everyone. Browsing around online I found various posts that talk about the possibility of playing with 10 characters instead of the classic 6.....
I believe it's called GemRB Game Engine (or something like that).
I tried to understand something about it but not being very practical I ask you: has anyone tried it?

You mean this, or the lynx project at G3.
No, haven't tried it cause it's not an Infinity Engie project, but it's own engine, which can play the Infinity Engine games with a reverse engeneered compilation. But the problem there is that you need to compile the thing to get anything new from it (unless you want to play just BG2), like the 10 member party thing is a mod in the new engine, that yes you can alter as you like... if you know how to alter it, as in that's the problem. And people have moved on to making and playing the Enhanced Edtion.. and there's a discord sub area for it in the G3's discord.
