Oh yes, I always use Eddie's BG1 portrait myself. I agree, he's *very* hot there. We might use it for the mod, yes, although then I suppose it would have to be a version modified to include the (yuck) nosering.I'm responding to this a bit late... but why not just convert Eddies BGI portrait into BGII? That portrait is undeniably hot. Even if he is giving you that "I hate you and I am better than you" look... it suits him so very well.

Don't forget the eyebrow ring
Nobody ever seems to mention that one..

I don't really mind the eyebrow ring, it's much smaller and more easily ignored.Oh yes, I always use Eddie's BG1 portrait myself. I agree, he's *very* hot there. We might use it for the mod, yes, although then I suppose it would have to be a version modified to include the (yuck) nosering.

And why so, actually? Does the ring play *significant* part in the romance, like allowing you to take Eddie by it and lead him where he doesn't want to go (like not letting him to run away from discussing the infamous M-word )?Oh yes, I always use Eddie's BG1 portrait myself. BTW, I agree that the original picture is so much better, though it's hardly "I hate you". More "I'm concerned with things so arcane and mysterious that you simians will never be able to comprehend, don't ever bother".

Well...there are comments made about the ring, so it does play a part. Not only does PC get a chance to comment on it, but it seems that Eddie's near and dear are less than pleased with it...And why so, actually? I can easily imagine what Edwin's mother would say to the PC:
"You made my baby wear that ugly nosering !" (And maybe something about the PC being an "Evil seductress" or something like that *shudders*)
And Dekaras would be overly sarcastic about it, I'm sure.

Yup! And I get the feeling that Elvira would be one of those mother-in-laws. You know, the kind that thinks no woman is good enough for her son.
Elvira: Who is this brazen hussy?!?!
Edwin: Actually, her name is <Charname> and_
Elvira: <in disgust> Dear gods, you've NAMED it! What have I told you about bringing strays into the house? (And judging from the smell, sallow complexion and that glassy, unblinking stare, I'll wager she's diseased too, the little rodent)
I apologize for all of that. Sugar rush!!!!

Why thank you! If I am making you like Eddie, I'm very pleased indeed.Honestly, I never liked Eddie much myself- he looks for trouble! I hate it when people will start fights for no reason, but Laufey, you're starting to make me like him.

It depends a little on how you count, since a couple are more 'encounter based' conversations. Around 25 for SoA, and around 10 for ToB.I was wondering... How much lovetalks will be in the mod ?
