Well, everything is in the subject.

I remember having played (maybe more than 10 years ago) an archer as a fighter (thanks to a mod that make archer a fighter kit).
I would be glad to know the name of this mod.

Why? I would make my FTM an Archer/Thief/Conjurer thanks to m7multikit : here an here.

Any help will be appreciated.

I finally found : it's "The Tactics Mod" : https://www.weidu.org/tactics.html

It has a pretty obvious component called "Fighter-Class Archer Kit ".

 

So old... no support of EE :/

Most of good ideas has been long "included" in SCS mod... but not this component

If you can wait a bit, next release of the Improved Archer Kit will provide Archer-like kits for fighters, paladins and thieves.

I don't know how many time is "a bit" (days? weeks? months? years? more? ) but at "worst", I will try it in my next run

I can't really say. The mod content itself is ready, but I'm still waiting for a couple of translations. (readme)

Translation is a hard task (I tried myself to translate a very small mod in my mother tongue and I know this) and then, it takes time (volunteers translators demand often more quality/accuracy/...  than professional ones).

 

Would you allow me to try your mod "as is" ?

 

Saying this, I know I am not really respectful to translators, but I am currently at home for few days...

Certainly. It shouldn't really be a problem as long as you play the English version of the mod.

This is the link to the raw download archive: download. Setup binary is not included, but you can rename weidu.exe or one of the setup-xyz.exe from other mods to "setup-A7#ImprovedArcher.exe".

There may still be some issues left, but nothing serious (afaik).
