Hey all I added shine on Caelar ( spelling ?) i found her uncle and am now back to hell........I have walked around up and down the stairs for 2 hours now.....where in the nine hells is she ? Am I missing something important ?

Nevermind it was a glitch but I managed to fix it via shadow keeper
