Hey all. I have a bug that I have never encountered in all my years of playing this game. MorningMaster Arval is stuck in a loop. I was able to break the loop by faking out the game and getting the quest for the unseeing eye though shadow keeper. Now when I return i cant tell him its done. I am not sure which globes need to be set up to allow this. I have moved on to other quests as of now but would like to go back and get the reward at some point. Anyone else ever encounter this ?
