Hardcore struggling w/ the Imoen mod - Please help!

Hello all  - not a modder in any shape or form and not a clue what this error could mean: (Picture attached)

 

I am attempting to download the Imoen Romance mod. Have put the .zip file in with the baldurs.exe & chitin.key files like I know I am supposed to. I then extracted, ran the setup file, and these error lines appeared. Not sure what they mean or what they're trying to tell me. Any and all help would be very much appreciated! Thank you!

Yes I did realize I was using the wrong folder, stupid mistake & my bad, the problem however is still persisting nevertheless regardless of doing the same in the 000783 folder

 

Have had the same result few times now. Put the .zip in 00783, extracted (creating "Imoen Romance" folder inside 00783. And upon running setup file there am told that it is not a directory) tried placing the actual setup file back into 00783 and running it there to have this last message appear (attached image below). The closest Id gotten was my original post where it actually tried to install itself when it was in the 00766 folder

Well, you only extracted the setup-imoenRomance.exe... not any other the other files in the archive. They ARE important. .. the .tp2 file for example gives orders to the setup-modname.exe, which is just a renamed copy of the weidu program it's based on. And no, weidumods cannot handle binary extraction. So you need to do that on your own, before strating the .exe in it.

As The Imp said: you need to extract the content of the zip into the game folder. Then you should have the mod folder, the setup-xxx.exe (and depending on the structure also the setup-xxx.tp2) inside the game folder.
