I am happy to announce that my old mod was updated and became the official Valygar Friendship mod. Thanks to fluke13 and Jastey for all help. Thanks also to everyone who supported projects previous incarnation.
 
Much has changed and the project should be much better now. It was proofread / edited, new talks were added, bugfixes applied...
I had to deactivate the translations, but if someone if willing to update them, let me know. I will be happy to bring them back once they are updated as well!

Nope, sorry. The mod change greatly. Not just talks, but the coding - including variables. I think it's best you try the mod next time

Corthala Romantique mod updated to v2 and is now compatible with the Valygar Friendship mod:

If the PC qualifies for the CR romance, IEP friendship talks will not trigger. If there is no romance and both mods are installed, then the friendship talks of CR will not trigger in favor of the IEP Valygar Friendship talks.

Valygar Friendship has been updated and is now available for Mac OS and Linux games (in the same package):

Change-log:
 

• Added valygarfriendship.ini metadata file to support AL|EN's "Project Infinity".
• Added REQUIRE_PREDICATE process to avoid installing the mod in inaccurate games.
• Component: added DESIGNATED number and "valygar_friendship" LABEL.
• Updated deprecated modding tools links.
• Lower cased files.
• Updated and renamed readme file to valygarfriendship-readme-english.html.
• Included Linux and Mac OS versions in the same package (thanks AL|EN!).
• Transferred mod to Spellhold Studios GitHub account.

Valygar Friendship has been updated to v1.5 with Spanish translation (by Magis365).
 
Change-log:
 

• Added dynamic install order syntax and global LABELS to support AL|EN's "Project Infinity".
• Added Spanish translation by Magis365.
• Proofread English strrefs.
• Reformatted readme file and moved it into new "readme" folder.
• Updated WeiDU installer to v247.

To clarify, is Valygar Friendship's newest version EET compatible?  If not, may we get it?

I saw this mod was EET compatible in various places of the documentation but not in the version history, which has been the most authoritative place to me.

EET compatibility is explicitely stated in the readme. What else do you need? Compatibiity stated in the "this mod is compatible with the following games" is the most valid place to look.

You say you want to see it explicitely mentioned in the mod's history, but the mod doesn't have it because as a set of triggered talks, it came with EET compatibility natively.

I'm not sure why we - in this case Gwendolyne - spends hours in writing detailed documentation if we have to answer questions like these in addition.
