Good.
Thanks for all your work!
Low hung brow, dazed look on your face..... It appears that you are correct, my friend. You are indeed a complete imbecile.

Hi Leonardo:
When you try to make a megamod game, you realize the amount of work that goes into making BiG World Project. All I have ever done was to modify individual.bat. I cannot make the changes I want without multiple typos. Usually I have to go over my changes at least six times to catch my typos. How you have managed to write BiG World Project and incorporate fixes for all those problems in the 400+ mods is incredible.
Obviously, I started this post because I have stumbled again. I hope my problems will make it easier to help you with BiG World Project. Here is my latest.
Thanks for reading my complaints and all the great programming you have done,
Tom

The other problems I had were with the install instructions. When I get the instruction to "Press any key to continue...", I have to press a key 2 to 4 times for the next action. Perhaps it just takes some time to work and I am too impatient to wait.
The batch should continue once you press any key.
There is no check for 25Movies.bif in a GOG game because it is not necessary,
Lines 3: I get lost in whether these lines go with the previous or following lines
if %PREVIEW%==0 (
%IFS%TotDG%IFIF%Innershade.exe copy /Y ".\override\bpbgtmap.bam" ".\bp-bgt_worldmap\bam" | %M%
)
The nestled lines will be skipped in the preview modus.

There is no check for 25Movies.bif in a GOG game because it is not necessary,There's a difference between being necessary and being actually there... as in, the .bif file is not, in the GoG version.
Yep, Jarno Mikkola. my Mega Mod FAQ. Use of the BWS, and how to use it(scroll down that post a bit).
OK, desert dweller, welcome to the sanity, you are free to search for the limit, it's out there, we drew it in the sand. Ouh, actually it was still snow then.. but anyways.

I wanted to stress and second this. Most of compatibility knowledge incorporated into BWS probably results from Leonardo's findings and knowledge. Thank you, Leonardo, for your endless work on the Big World Project and aiming at giving a guide for how to install so many mods at once.

Yup, to be honest I think to myself many times that Leonardo's work is not appreciated enough. He has almost no acknowledgment for what he has done. BWS was the platform, but Leonardo's work is the core of all the things
Thank you Leonardo.
By the way, Alien is on the making of an alternative to BWS. If you have any interest, you could talk with him about it!

Hi All:
I found out what caused a lot of my troubles. One of my BIOS settings was incorrect. Lost a lot of files from Baldur's games and my personal files. It took a week to reinstall Windows 7 and transfer files back to my computer from my external HDD backup.
Back to BGT. One thing I am missing is a list of mods that are required for a BWP mega mod game. I guess there may be as many as ten mods that are needed. I would appreciate it if some one can tell me where I can find that list.
Thanks for any help,
Tom

Hi Leonardo
Is there a list with links to mod downloads like it was here?

@tomkaz
TobEx, BG2 Fixpack, Baldur's Gate Trilogy, TxtMusic, BP-BGT-Worldmap and for some languages the text corrections are mandatory. You will get a warning if they are not existing in your game folder.
@Niewiem
unfortunately not

Hi All:
Vlad has made an improved VCv2.0 Mod. It has more components than VCv1.0. You can read about it at Spellhold Studios, My Compilation v2.0 release. It also can be found at Blackworm Lair.
It has a fix. VCv2.0 Setup Fix (for BGT platers). It is on the first page. The mod is in Blackwyrm Lair.
I cannot download the VCv2.0 Setup Fix file. If any one knows how to download that file, I would appreciate the information.

You would need to be a member of the forum to be able to... so as a temporary measure, I'll just att...
Setup_VCv20.tp2 1.28MB 169 downloads
Edit note, I'll delete this file say on the 21's of this month, and moderators should also do so if a request is ever send.
The file is a regular weidu's tp2 file, so it just needs any setup-modname.exe renamed as Setup_VCv20.exe to run it's content with it in the game folder. I personally didn't check exactly what the file does.

Hi The Imp:
I appreciate your help very much.
Well I am a member of Blackwyrm Lair or at least I thought I was one. When I first tried to download the file, I was logged into Spellhold Studios. I got shifted to BlackWyrm Lair and Vlad's forum. Tried to download the Setup_VCv20.tp2 file and got the nice message I did not have that privilege. So I signed in with my password, itsaid I was logged in and tried again. All I could was get the page with the file. Tried the icon in front of the file name. Still could not download the file. Tried other stuff without success. There were some other files I wanted from that forum, but got denied for them too. Time to go back to Blackwyrm Lair and find out if i need to reregister.
Tom
Just read your post again. Is the a difference in being a member of Blackwyrm Lair and a member of Vlad's forum?

Apparently no, as I can download said stuff without any problems.
P.S. Maybe you didn't know the fact that you must right click on file and choose option "save link as"...

P.S. Maybe you didn't know the fact that you must right-click on the file and choose option "save link as"...
That's unnecessary... a left click will do fine. What is different between those is that right-click uses "save as" command you can rename the file and destination. The left click just throws the file to the default browser download locations, and tries to open it.
The location can be a temp file that's hard to find unless your browser allows you to open the file location, and sometimes it's in a bad spot, like not allowing to save stuff there... but that's internet browser settings... and opening up files that have .tp2 extension is not regularly set in Windows ... but for me, it just shows this, which says "You are about to open up Setup_VCv20.tp2 file":
I have edited many .tp2 files in making mods with Notepad++, so it's setup as the default program to open the files...
This is part of other computer settings, not forum rules.

Yes, it may very well be so but without right click I have same problem as Tomkaz and sadly nothing similar like that informative picture you posted Jarno.

And what's your internet browser... I'll just assume it's not Mozilla Firefox... cause you have a problem with it.

You are right, it is old, good, unreliable Google Chrome . Although I also have Mozilla Firefox as a backup solution.
