[The Elder Brain]

Hello all. I have installed fishing for trouble for the first time. I am scratching my stupidly trying to figure out how to trigger the mod. I have the note for Elminster, but both my encounters with him no dialog has popped up to mention it. I have walked around talking to everyone I can find in the Gov West area. Can someone please give me some sort of clue as to were to start this mod ? Looks a lot of fun......Thanks

talk to Elminster near the fountain in Trademeet. The Gov west plays a role only later in the mod.
