I have tried various methods of "snapping him out of it", but Adyzoel always shakes it off and returns to whatever state has vexed him...geas? Enchantment? Curse? i dunno. Seems like this is a pretty railroaded quest, and the only option for completion is killing. I hear mention you can take a contract with Rake-Chaser but I haven't found it yet. More interested in the Rake though.
