Hello, 

after some time I decided to install again BGT with classic versions of games, using latest BWS. SO after I checked all mods I want to have, i have continued the installation, if properly downloads the mods, except 1 NPC which I find that I dont needed, extraction is successfull too, but when Installation starts, i got those errors...

Some files were not extracted. Do you want the BWS to run an integrity test on

All files seem to be intact.

Tried several times, also tried to provide files with extracting, all was fine so i press continue.. got this:

I really now dont know what to do.. any ideas how to fix that?

PS: no i dont want to install EET, becase there are not the mods I want in expected state

To answer this very briefly:

Nobody maintains the BWS section for BGT since almost a year. If you look at the selection menu or the BWS readme you will find the warningssaying OUTDATED

Supported games

Active:
- Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition (standalone game)
- Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition (standalone game)
- Enhanced Edition Trilogy ( BG1:EE + SoD + BG2:EE ) (planned: IWD1:EE + partial IWD2-in-EET)
- Planescape: Torment Enhanced Edition
- Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition

Not maintained:
- Baldur's Gate 2 (classic standalone game)
- Baldur’s Gate Trilogy ( Classic BG1 + Classic BG2 )
- Icewind Dale
- Icewind Dale II
- Planescape: Torment
- Classic Adventures

 

You can use BWS for mod selection and maybe download but for installation and support you are now on your own.

Installations of EET and other EE games are supported and maintained.

These posts are older but nothing has changed with regards to BWS/BGT - nobody has shown any interest or initiative to update or maintain it.
