LT Timer - talks happening to fast

Hi, Is there a way to adjust the timer in the romance? I've completed it many times in the past without any problems (my favourite romance of all time, thank you Aeryn   ) but during this playthrough Sarevok is crazily talkative and starts a conversation every 5 minutes, literally. I would love to fix it somehow because at this pace the romance will have been completed before the destruction of Saradush.
