I already talked to Patricia and Isra suggested that I should talk to the mage himself. I tried to talk to cowled wizard in Council building and one in Umar hill, but it isn't them,so Whom I should talk with? I really have no idea. Thank you in advance.

Tell me more step by step on which stage you are in seconds Isra quest. I had some troubles but successfully i have finished this quest

This is Bg2ee quest. It is just the begining of the quest. Isra is just joined and she told me to talk to Patricia in Waukeen promenade. I talked to her and then Isra suggested that I should talk to cowled wizard. This is where I strucked I don't know whom I should talk to.

I barely remember from first quest.
However i looked to my quest log and remembered someone was try to harrashment to Isra Family.
It was Gelion Deymiare.
unfortunately im able to see last record of this quest when all is done, but please check your quest log you should find a clue.

Have you rescued lady from two assasins ? They are trying to assasinate her you have to stop them, all action is near Jystev and Delryns estate.
