I've come to the realization its probably better to ask in the EET forum for this topic, so you can close this topic!

post SETUP-TOTDG.DEBUG file here. This is not enough information to find where the problem lays. btw. you need EET RC8.7 (released today) to get correct icon displayed on EET Worldmap.

 

edit: nevermind, found the problem. Lava's mods will be updated soon.
