well I talked to the trader, he was present, he just show wares now, DId I miss something in main quest for thalantyr? I have to find something for the mysterious liquid

This guy has nothing to do with the quest - it is just a trader...

Thalantiyr said it is somewhere between High Hedge and Xvart Village. It is unusual and you will immediately know it when your party members see it...

Hi again, Im at Ravencrest monastery, I found Dawn Light symbol one part, then I discovered whole level next to the area like icewind dale. I found that giant bell, sandrah told me something. Then I proceed further, and I found that seal, sandrah speaks something we need to find tomb. I dont know whats next

Did you talk to the librarian in the monastry upstairs? (You need to return there anyway).

Okay now I can proceed further, seems that some thing just broke when I play too long(about 90+ mins) Restarting game maybe fixed this

also monks told me I need some badge from harbourmaster, but she doesnt start any dialog when I try to talk to her.

I am lost - if you did not talk to the harbourmaster and have no badge, then how did you enter the monastry?

 

Set this for Sandrah before talking to the librarian SetGlobal("RTMissBooks","LOCALS",1)

I have done now that part, sometimes it gets buggy and restart game fix that. How to proceed in the thay city? I was exploring all things, librarian tolds me about a book where last pages was somehow erased or something with ink(RTF058 area) but im lost on how to proceed further.
