Dear forumites, maybe you can help me with my last mega mod install attempt (BWS).

Something seems to have gone wrong with some lines in dialog.tlk.

But what?

Hi Dunderdon:

Sorry, I cannot help you, but when I opened your post there is a lot of graphics covering the screen which I cannot relate to your problem.  However, your spoiler does give a clear listing of your WeiDU/.log.

I would expect the different language coding to cause this. Aka when you use multiple different language mods, and you have some that have been optimized to work in EE games, the games .tlk encoding could get messy.

Yep, Jarno Mikkola. my Mega Mod FAQ. Use of the BWS, and how to use it(scroll down that post a bit).
OK, desert dweller, welcome to the sanity, you are free to search for the limit, it's out there, we drew it in the sand. Ouh, actually it was still snow then.. but anyways.

I thought it might be related to that. Fortunately, I think that the number of affected strings is low, perhaps lower than 500.

Is there any way to do a change-log on specific String-refs in dialog.tlk?

Might there be a way to convert the corrupted lines back to what they were intend to be, using a tool like this http://www.motobit.c...-conversion.asp ?
