Is there a way to temporarily disable a mod without uninstalling it permanently? And without corrupting your game?

I have a bug in BG2 where Minsc gives blank conversation (whenever resting at an inn) which I'm sure is from one of a handful of mods. I want to pinpoint exactly which one by somehow disabling those mods one at a time until I find the culprit.

I don't want to continue playing the game with the mod disabled - I'll reload the same save over with different mods disabled just to check which mod is causing the bug.

Maybe first try to run the stutter tool to see which script block is firing. By looking at it you might be able to identify the mod by the prefixes used (with a little community help). It is weird to have an empty dialogue, though. This sounds as if something went wrong upon installation (Dialog.tlk not accessible for some reason or somesuch)
