Hi, I would like to ask you about bandit camp. I received hint from sandrah to infiltrate it. So did I, spoken with tazok and killed him off the road where he want to patrol or something. Any further things should happen? Because when I get close to main tent, credus is hostile. So now I am able to kill them freely without loosing any extra content? Thanks

The vanilla game deviates substantially from the AD&D PnP rules, essentially comprising a bunch of "house rules." The Sandrah mod involves several "house rules" that deviate from the basic ruleset.
Wait, so do Sandrah's house rules deviate from vanilla's house rules?

No it is based on those and it definitely needs them. If they change, the mod (probably not only Sandrah, but I am not taking care of others) based on those rules must change as well.
Sandrah's deviation is that NPCs from that mod do not come according to the PC's level at time of joining but according to their history and experience that they gained before you meet them, e.g a seasoned warrior does not come with zero experience and a pocket knife when she has just survived a month-long journey through enemy territory.

So I guess since I miss the part, I could start area cleaning right? xD

Edit: a situation where this can be problematic is if the NPC engages in combat before first joining the party, eg Shar-Teel's challenge. This is one of the reasons why SCS has a tweak component to add a MinHP1 item to her inventory until after the challenge. This is probably a good practice for other mods too, but not always.

Yes, the infiltration part is just to gain additional information before everybody is killed.

One clarification: my understanding of mods like Level 1 NPCs and the TOB-style NPCs tweaks is that they do not change the accumulated XP of an NPC, only the level, so when the NPC joins the party it is immediately eligible to level up but this allows the player to choose the allocation of proficiency points and thief skills and wizard spells for the NPC.

Sandrah comes as level 2 instead of levelling up when joining the PC (as she would according to vanilla rules) because this way it will not allow the player to assign her initial spells. Those are healer spells to be used as soon as PC or a party member gets injured and thus triggers the introduction of her healer persona, which is crucial for the mod. I have chosen this option over the alternative to let her ForceSpell some healing she has not memorized (and cheating).
In a similar way, Jen'lig comes *pre-configured* because there simply are no applicable rules for a githyanki thief in the game who is restricted to the use of a silver sword.

I am not sure how the TOB-style NPCs component of BG2 Tweaks works.

I think Level1NPCs only affects specific NPCs if you choose the respective components. It doesn't have Sandrah components so no conflict.
I am not sure how the TOB-style NPCs component of BG2 Tweaks works.
This is why I now advocate to remove all incompatibilities concerning Sandrah from BWS,
They are not technical, i.e, they do not cause CtDs or similar.
I was never concerned about this. If someone would like to tweak Sandrah before he ever met her, so what? If the mod does not work thereafter, just blame yourself.
Not compatible with BG1 NPCs for BG2:SoA v9 >>> This does not affect Sandrah but only some other NPCs that may be in the party with her and lead to failed quests (i.e. if Edwin is not a wizard) and absurd situations but this is only contents (which is excluded from incompatibility).
Same for the so-called incompatibility with Turnabout. The game will continue, you will just never be able to complete Sandrah or go to RtF, so what.
incompatible with Jarl's Adventure pack, as this mod replaces/renames some vanilla non-joinable NPCs which are triggers for Sandrah quests.>>> you just miss contents, and you may never be able to finish some quests but nothing critical will happen.
Sandrah is not compatible with Might & Guile or Faith & Powers - both mods replace on a large scale original game resources, conventions and rules and make the joinable NPCs from Sandrah mod unusable and a number of quests not playable. >>> No issue, you will have a fighter cleric for your party who has a talk or two about the weather, nothing game breaking (you may just ask yourself why you installed that load of data).
Sandrah is not compatible with mods that spawn pure BG1 creatures in further chapters. >> Is pure gameplay, you will have one in your party, one standing in the Copper Coronet and one chairing the Counsil of Six, but you can play as you wish.
In summary - nothing to be concerned about, just the kind of junk and deviation from lore you can expect from a mega mod. And total freedom for the player.

You can claim a reward for having killed him AND having destroyed his gang (did you do that? You may get more information at Mystra's temple) - he had raided the temple before you met him.
You can get the quest at the fishmarket - you can find the hidden shadow thieves lair - you can have the most expensive meal of your life - you can get the epic Bookhunter quest fro Clarissa. You pick up Pelligram. You rescue the sick girl at the Temple who can join you in RtF when she has grown up. There is a lot to do in Waterdeep even at the first journey.
