Wonderful mod, genuinely moving dialogue, wonderful moody locations, dialogue and well chosen portraits. Great job, definitely one of the best and unusual mods I have played- very nice work indeed.
A couple of things about the items:
Yellow mace (grants +2 wisdom) may not be working correctly since the bonus level 1 and 2 spell slots become empty when resting (with Viconia anyway).
Red Leather Armour- maybe should be toned down or price increased. Its fine with Imoen/Nalia/Jan, but borderline OP on Hexxat.
Generally though (purely in terms of balancing) I thought the powers and items were very well thought out- useful without breaking balance.
